Depends on the bounce house! As safety is our top priority, we follow both manufacturer and insurance guidelines. Our inventory was chosen with kiddos in mind, and the weight/age limits that we enforce are in line with our manufacturer's recommendations.
Should you decide to cancel the reservation, 14 days notice must be given or the retainer (which is used to to hold your date) will be forfeited. The customer may reschedule the event for reasons other than inclement weather with a 24 -hour notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the event may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling subject to inventory availability.
Safety is a top priority! We will monitor the weather actively leading up to the day of your event.
A little rain is not going to harm our inflatables - but it's up to you if you'd like to keep your date or reschedule. We will allow you to reschedule to a new date, free of charge (based on availability). Keep in mind that our inflatables can be set up both outside and inside!
We reserve the right to cancel in the event of winds that reach 15mph. Wind does not discriminate, and a gust that is strong enough can pull up our inflatable - despite our best security measures.
Yes, we offer delivery and set up services. The set up and break down is included in the rental price (woo!). We also offer free delivery within a 20 mile radius. For rental locations outside of our radius, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
Depending on the rental period you choose, we will work to coordinate a set up time and pick up. We typically set up two hours before the event, to ensure you are all ready to go with no issues.
We will pick up the same day as your event - this allows us to keep our bounce houses clean, and ready for our next event. Pick ups that are scheduled past 8pm will incur an additional charge.
We are based out of Prince William County, VA. We service the surrounding areas including, but not limited to: Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, City of Alexandria, and Montgomery County. Depending on availability, we are willing to travel. Shoot us a message and we can let you know!
Indoors and outdoors! If outdoors, we can set up on any flat surface - preferably grass or concrete. We will not set up our bounce houses on gravel, or rocks.
YES! We are fully licensed and insured in Virginia, which means we go where the party goes! However - it's up to you to ensure that the space you are hosting your event is able to support the set up of a bounce house. Our bounce houses need a power source - so please make sure there's an electrical hookup near that can power the blower.
